		<description>Love this little circuit and it&#039;s symmetry. This was a fun pedal to build and sounds very neat when placed after a fuzz pedal (EX. Big Muff Pi). I believe it sounds best when playing individual notes ie, scales!

I don&#039;t think the transistors are the key thing.  The place you need symmetry is with R6 and R7, with C2 and C3, R8 and R9, diodes D1 and D2, and R11 and R10.

If you are using 1% (metal film) resistors, then you can check them with a DMM but any pair you choose will probably be very close.  With the capacitors there is much more variation, so definitely use a DMM to match those. 

I&#039;m a little shaky on diodes, so I&#039;d check those with a DMM also.  My guess is that most pairs will come out similar there too.  But I would check.
