Eagle CAD |
To design my circuit boards, I use the freeware version of the Eagle Layout Editor by CadSoft Computer GmbH. The software is located in the download area of their site.

You had a setup file for Eagle that added some scripts and put the libraries where they need to go… is that still available? I did a reinstall and now Im missing the script to make PCBs.

I should’ve added that the libraries in that setup file are out of date. Once you have them in place and everything is working, please update using the compressed file linked on the “Libraries” page.

i played around with povray 6 or 7 years ago, but i wasn’t into circuits yet. i know about the ability to use eagle with povray, but i have never followed up with it.
at the time, it looked like i would have to build up my own 3d components library and i did not want to spend the time on it.
have you used the comibnation?

ok. it’s fixed. there was actually no link. wordpress recognizes urls in text and automatically creates links for them. except, wordpress isn’t smart enough to avoid punctuation.
