Two questions.

1. When I go to "run" and click on the "change-pad-in-lbr.ulp" it say that I need to run this in a library. Not sure what that means?

2. On my board i've got a 3pdt switch that I am going to pc mount. How can I change the holes for just that part of the board?

Your web site is extremely helpful, thank you for everything you do!
